Batch Notes

Check your bottle for the batch number, then come and check Rick’s notes (for batches 1 through 21).

Batch 1 — This will be a collector's item. It has the full range of sweet and nutty first-notes and a finish that lingers long after the glass has been set down. It was distilled in February 2006, bottled August 2006. It was aged in position number 4 on the north wall and comes from a single barrel.  -
